Regional Sales and Operations Manager 

As Area Manager of Operations for We Spread Health Group, I oversee the performance and daily operations of 15 Orangetheory Fitness studios across Colorado. My role focuses on supporting studio leaders, driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and creating exceptional member experiences. My Orangetheory journey began as a member and evolved through roles as a Sales Associate, Studio Manager, and Coach before stepping into leadership at the area level. Having experienced the business from multiple perspectives, I am passionate about developing teams, strengthening studio culture, and helping both employees and members achieve their goals.

At my core, I am energized by helping people discover what they are capable of. Whether I'm mentoring leaders, celebrating member milestones, or supporting teams through challenges, I believe in creating an environment where people feel empowered, valued, and inspired to grow. Outside of Orangetheory, I'm a workout enthusiast, creator of cakes and custom hats, animal lover, and enjoy spending quality time with my husband as we prepare to welcome the newest addition to our growing family.
